Dear MTN
I have 3 cellphone contract with you and 2 prepaid sim. If my query is not attended I'm definitely going to port. When I buy airtime using cellphone banking it does not reflect! I have establish that the problem is not with the bank since I get debited. I did report the issue to MTN end of January and it hasn't been resolved. Now i'm beginning to think that this has been going on for a while without me noticing! Even today I did put airtime but it didn't appear. I'm a very disappointed with MTN of late.
