I have been trying for over two months to get vodacom to give me a copy of my contract. It has taken two months for them to tell me that they have lost my contract. I want to cancel the contract and should be able to as it was sold to me as a twelve month contract. But vodacom is claiming it's a two year contract but cannot show me the contract I signed. Keep getting the run around from the call centre. People there very helpful but can't get anything done.
