I am on a new contract with Vodacom this includes the New BlackBerry 10, so I have this new data bundle contract, I switched all my Data Services off and my Data kept being used, I contacted Vodacom but they just say it is being logged, but still data is being used!!! i have had to get them to block all data until this gets sorted, Vodacom promises to get back to me by end of business... That was three days ago, go into Vodacom for help, but get told there is nothing they can do!!! Time to seek advice from consumer protection.
Vodacom has proved to be the worst service ever, I contacted their competition, and was informed that this should have been sorted as it is clear it is a line problem. Interesting...
