On 6.3.2013 we applied in the name of Kamcon CC for a cell phone contract for a Blackberry with Cell C through Makro. The application is still not processed, the phone still not connected. The staff at makro throughout the month have failed to follow up on the application and have failed to see to it the the application is processed. The file ends up in the cupboard where it stays until we go in AGAIN. Neither the manager of that section nor the store manager have actually ensured that the matter is fully and properly sorted out.
