Almost three weeks ago I ordered a new phone (upgrade) and was told delivery would be between 3-5 days. I was then told that they were waiting for stock. On Friday last, I received an email confirming receipt of stock and delivery would be made early this week. On Monday I receive yet another email saying that stock wasnt received and I must now choose a lesser phone. I object to the manner in which my upgrade request was handled and the fact that Nashuia Mobile is worried about a R480 difference for a better phone when I pay in to Nashua mobile -R19200 over the same period to them. Nashua Mobile cannot care about their clients. I am dusgusted.
