Online aplication and after service

Good day

i did an online application for and Savvy Cheque account with Nedbank. After the application i received no feed back. After 5 days i called the number supplied after the application was done just to find out that it was not prosed and i was called back to do a telephonic application Ok!!! Then is was told i would wait 3 weeks for delivery of my card is already 5 weeks now and after 4 call everyweek still no card. Everytime i called the delivery date was moved excuses was made and so on. I was told Tuesday 26-11-213 after my last call that i would have my card by Thursday 28-11.2013. Empty promise i still have no card. What is the use of doing a online application, on of the call centre agents Even told me after the third call why i didn't go to a branch to apply> So i ask agian why is there then a online application. Ive never received such bad service from any bank in my life, they have a dint care attitude.
