Dissapointing Online Contract Application Process

The previous report on this matter dated 31 January 2013 refers. To date I have had no delivery of the handset or news with regards to my online application. The last call I got from Johannes was on Monday, 04 February where he enquired whether I have cancelled the application since I have spoken to him on 01 February. With the conversation on 01 February he again asked for my details which I duly provided. After an initial email from Shameegh Frieslaar and a subsequent call from the call centre operator Johannes on Friday 01 February there was an additional call from him on Monday 04 February where he enquired whether I have cancelled the application since our discussion on 01 February (I informed him that I didnt). On Tuesday 05 February at 13:14 there were calls from a 082 27598 number to both my telephone numbers - I was in a meeting and could therefor not take the calls. No voicemessage was left. And that was the last I have heard from Johannes or anyone else at Vodacom with regards to this matter. I tried calling 082 1950 this morning (08 February) but after almost 15 minutes on line waiting for an operator I had to drop the call.
