I applied for an Edcon account over a month ago, i keep calling customer service and they're giving me the run around, i logged a complaint 2 weeks ago because i was already waiting over 2weeks for an outcome of my application. i was called by the edcon complaints devision on Monday 02/12/2013 The lady told me my application is still pending but someone should get back to me with an outcome before Friday 06/12/2013. Today its Tuesday 10/12/2013 I still haven't heard anything. I'm being given different information regarding my application. 1 person told me its pending, the other told me there's nothing on the system. When i try to re-apply online it tells me there's already an application done for me. Can it really take 5weeks to get an answer on a retail account? A homeloan or vehicle finance doesn't even take that long. Just give me an answer PLEASE!!!
