Very bad service

I sent a new business application form to Satrix on Friday 25 January. They reply with an automated response saying they will get back to you in 48 hours.By the following Wednesday I still didn't hear back from them so decided to contact them. You hold on the line for 5-10 minutes before they eventually answer the phone. I was told they have received everything, apologised for the dealy and said it should be processed the Friday. Following Monday I still didn't hear back from them. Call the number and hold on for 5-10 minutes AGAIN, only to find out nothing has been done. Some excuse about an unclear ID copy, plus they captured my contact number incorrectly, used half my cell number and half my business number and loaded that as my contact number on the system! They promised to call back the afternoon to confirm all is in order, and once again didn't. I called AGAIN Tuesday (holding for 5-10 minutes) only to be told they tried to contact me but there was no answer (on the incorrect number captured). I am now waiting for confirmation that my application has finally been processed, from 25 Jan to 5 Feb just to load an application. Have never dealt with such incompetence before.
