No response on contract application

I applied for a cellphone contract at the greenstone mall mtn outlet on the 23rd of February 2013. i still have not received a response as to the progress of that application. When i call the shop one consultant told me that there is a new system and they are struggling to use the system as they have never been trained on how to use the system. I then sent an e-mail to the Mtn head office about a week ago on the 4th of March 2013, a person by the name of Gugulethu responded to ask which branch it was but he also never got back to me even after several emails following up on the matter. Today the 8th of March 2013 i still don't know what happened to my application. I feel its very unprofessional and irritating especially the fact that they don't even get back to you on the progress of what is happening in your application. I would expect that if a contract is not processed or approved, they need to return my personal documents before someone uses them to commit.
