On 19 December 2013 I sent an application to put my parents on my medical fund as my dependents. The acknowledged receipt of my application on the same day via e-mail and SMS. Although Discovery undertake to only take 3 days for your application to be processed, I heard nothing from them. On 8 January 2014 I started phoning them every day (and some days twice) to enquire what the outcome of my application is. Every time I go through to another person who promised me the application will be sorted out and every day I am given the same reasons why it has not been done yet. Nobody call me back as promised. I don't get any feedback whatsoever from Discovery unless I phone them. If they do know (for a week now) what the problem is, why do they not sort it out (it seems to me they only need to link a new broker to the application). For a company that praises their reputation like they do, their service is extremely pathetic. Actually, it does not exist at all.
