Virgin will be the reason for my break up

Seems to be a huge problem with Network connection dealy in receiving sms and phone goes on voicemail

I did phone call centre and the people I spoke to really did try to help!! this is not helping me whats happening with the network connection ...? only causing problems n my life as my partnet thinks my phone is off and not responding on his sms Please Virgin do something
