Last month my line was cut because I was behind on my payment. Fair is fair.
BUT I made the full payment on the past Sunday and my line was reinstated the next day. Now my line has been cut AGAIN, with simply an sms saying I owe them the same amount that I have already paid!!!
Calls to the call centre are useless. I just get told to wait for someone to fix it.
How on earth do you give yourself the right to cut someone's link to the outside world at a moments notice, but you take your own looong time to reinstate the service?
And worse, why do you cut the line of a fully paid up client??? Apart from the fact that I have three contracts and three prepaid numbers with 8ta!
Do you feel that you can do whatever you want and that you are not accountable to anyone?
