I have call the call centre for two weeks trying get them to sort my airtime story (BIS) that i have load on the 10 june 2013 but on 11 june 2013 10h30 in the morning my line was suspended (BIS) ever since i have been phoning, only empty promise that will keep me hoping that it will be fix until today still waiting, .
my life is on hold i had to buy another cellphone with other network provided in other to used my BIS, reason the no. of virgin mobile is on my business card so i can stop using the, it cost me so the are not ever willing to come the party by assisting and helping, i have been with them for past 8 yrs so it seems as i need to go to try other network provide
