I have tried calling neotel on several occasions on toll free no. and other numbers supplied and press no. 1 to talk to operater and recording plays operating hours from 8am to 10pm (i phoned in these hours) and after explaining oiperating hours call gets cut off, i have a lot of neotel phones and i was calling to check on what system best for my house with 5 bedrooms system to work as i have a telkom on an aeg 5 cordless system but now if this is the response i dont thimk i will think of neotel for my home.
this is tollay unacceptable from a copany planing to fight telkom.
