I purchased my Neotel wifi package towards mid May 2013. The connectivity with Neotel is so poor that I have now contacted Telkom to install an ADSL line as connecting via Neotel is too fristrating. IF I am able to connect it is so slow that the frustration is not worth it. I have spent over 4 hours on the phone with Neotel trying to find a solution but had to reside to go into the offices. Again not 2 weeks later the device has reset itself and I cannot be helped over the phone. It took the call centre 6 minutes to connect me whereby I got referred to two people - both of which could not fix the problem. I have to go in AGAIN. Please please please cancel the contract?! Your contract has been breached as you have not provided me with what you promised
