In January 2013, i advised nashua that theres insufficent money in my account and please to debit my account on the 01 February 2013.

This never happened and my phone was disconnected, i then went into a nashua vangate branch, paid the outstanding balance and was advised that the following month my account will be debited.

End February i get another sms that i need to pay my account. i do a online transfer and email the proof of payment to [Email Removed]
i also increse my payment as i dont want any further issues.

Today i receive an email statement of account i owe nashua R252

im very upset by this, my proof of payment was emailed on the 28 February already

and why am again being charged r72

The service i received from nashua is pethetic, From the begining i advised them there wasnt sufficient and to debit me the 1st. i went into the branch after my ph was disconnected. I did payment online

And now to get a billing that i owe them after i transferred more than sufficent funds.

i want the 2nd r72 revearsed.

and nashua to start taking responsibility towards there client and LISTENING to there client
