NEOTEL calls customer a

Please inform Cape Town of the dangers of NEOTEL. While attempting to set up an Internet connection at our home in September 2012 a technician from NEOTEL broke several tiles on the roof. As there was no coverage he did not set up the connection and disappeared without paying for the damage of almost 1, 000 Rand. Unfortunately neither my wife nor I were at home and our staff member signed the work sheet but did not get a copy nor the full name of the technician. NEOTEL refuses to take responsibility.
