Neotel does not support smtp service for e-mail on Outlook for Mac. They cant update their system because their system don't allow for the specific changes to be made. They don't intend on changing their system anytime soon and thus leaves you with no other choice but to approach another service provider. This after spending on average about R5, 000 a month for the past 8 months on data. Shame on you Neotel, no wonder you are faced with financial difficulties.
