VERY POOR SERVICE!!

We ported our lines from Telkom to a Neotel. We received the phones and i saw that one line wasn't working. I phoned neotel to please assist in this matter, they tried to help me but didn't get very far. They told me it will take 24 hours to activate the line and after 24 hours the line still didn't work. I phoned numerous times and everytime it's a different scenario. Now the last time i phoned the device is reported as FAULTY AGAIN!! Then the simcard is not activated, then the device is faulty, then i need to wait 24 hours, then i've got the wrong simcard in the phone etc... This a business line and if it doesn't work then people can't phone and we are losing business. They are now making it our problem to sort it out as we must take the phone in to their walk in centre. We are the customer and not the supplier! This is the worst experience i've had with Neotel!!
