Bad attitude and bad service, 8ta and sales man

I went to 8ta telkom store in alberton mall to inquire about the sms i got from 8ta that i have to pay R749.00, then the guy who was suppose to help me gave me a phone to call 8ta customer service then i call them, the first person i spoke to hang the phone while we still busy and the second one i think it was a network and i gave up and went to the guy and tell him that i couldn't get through can you just print me my statement then he said i should wait and he took his phone and make a call while am waiting for about 15minutes until i gave up and leave the store without saying a thing cause i was so that i couldn't even talk to him or the manager.

Today am told that i will be cut off.

I received an email from lesley saying i have to pay R749.00 or my service will be cancelled, which am fine with it cause i can always go for other networks, but i just need explanation on this amount how did you calculate it, i tried to call you guys to find out but no body could help me, i went to telkom store in alberton mall and the sales guy gave me attitude and i left without answer. but anyway go ahead and cancel my deal i wont mind but just know i wont pay until i know why am paying
