Worst service eve

I went to telkom to lodge a complaint about the treatment that has left me very angry and heartbroken, I took out a contract phone a Samsung S4 through Telkom mobile in Hatfield last year July and during December the phone started giving me problems and on the 6th January 2014 I took the phone back to the store for repairs and the sales lady (Rudy) was very rude to me and did not help me what so ever and then I left and later on I went back to the store and handed over my complaint to the other sales person) Micheal) and he helped me sort it out. On the 27th January 2014 I went back to the store and the sales guy was very rude and harsh to me and I felt that the service given to me was very poor and then later on I went back to the store to see the manager (Hendrik) and he gave me a business card and told me to send him an email with my complaint which I did and he would contact me in two days, I sent the email and did not get feedback from him so I decided to call him today and all I got was we have sorted the matter out and the sales guy will be going to disciplinary hearing on Monday (03.02.14).
