BAD SERVICE

I went to 8ta/telkom in Alberton city on 1 November 2013 as they were opening up, filled out forms to get an ipad mini. They didn't have stock and said they would have it in store in the week. I returned a day after they told me to return to give them an extra day. Still NO STOCK!!! I spoke to the manager said why didn't they simply phone me or send me an email as they have all my information. I also told her that they must offer good customer service and must phone or email me when they get stock in, and if they don't have it they must let me know in the beginning of that next week. They did not do so. I went back again over a week later now which is today the 20th of November. I asked to speak to the manager. I could hear her voice behind the door saying that she is busy now. I had to wait approx. 40 minutes for her. The only reason she came outside to speak to me was because i insisted that i wont leave until i speak to her as they wanted me to come back yet again. she gave me the run around again. she didn't even email or phone like i asked, or apologise. she looks like she is under 18 in any case. The owner put the fone down on me, and put his fone off.
