17 day wait to get a "contract code"

On /- 27 June, I went into the Cresta Telkom Mobile store. I was due for an upgrade & wanted the Sony Xperia Go on Smartplan 50 @R168pm. Jadine told me that there was no stock, but would order me one.
On the 1st of July, (while the deal was still advertised on Telkom Mobile's website), I went to the store and Jadine told me that the June offer was still valid, but I had to come again the next day as she did not have the deal code.
Later that week, I went back to the store, and Louisa told me that Jadine no longer worked at the store. She also gave me the same info that Jadine did: ie that the deal was still available, a phone was in stock, which she'd reserve for me until she got a deal code (which she said would take 1-2 days).

I have been told the same almost daily ever since. On Monday 14 July, the indifferent store manager, Irfaan, (who'd been on leave for a month) called head office, and told me that he would have the code by Tuesday, and would call me later that day to update me. He never phoned. On Tues he told me, in PERSON the same as the day before. Today, he told me the same thing, telephonically. Still no feedback from him / Louisa. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM 8ta??
