BAD TIMING

Hi there, I contact Telkom about 2 weeks ago to order the installation of a telephone line with uncapped. I spoke to a lady on the phone and she gave me the whole sales pitch about their special or bundle and I told her that I did not want to go with that because of the waiting period. I pointed out to her that it needed to be in Jan month as I would be going away in Feb and she said she can make a plan or something to that effect. It is now monday and I ended up contacting Telkom to find out that she has me booked for 3 Feb 2014. I am now having to postpone my trip because she couldn't do her job and deliver on time what was promised. I understand that Telkom is busy and has lots to do but don't say you can do something for the sake of closing a deal - that is just shallow and although I am still going with the telkom line I won't have much nice to say about them unless they fix this... my order number is 92136327.
