Non disclosure of important insurance info

Hi

I took out a Telkom mix account on 21/01/2012. The phone was on 29/01/2012. When I tried to blacklist the phone, that is when I discovered that there is no insurance on the phone. When I took out the contract the sales person never mentioned that or else I would have taken out my own insurance. When I dialed 10210 they said I must go t o the Lenasia Telkom store where I took the contract. The manager wasn't in, I left a message... to date no response.
I haven't started paying for the contract but when I took it out they never even gave me a copy of the contract, so I couldn't even read.
I pointedly asked the consultant "what do I do if something happens to the phone"... he said "just come back to the store.
