TELKOM MOBILE ARE DISHONEST

Good day...

In October 2013, I cancelled my contract with Telkom Mobile and requested that my number be changed to prepaid. After several phone calls and visits to the Centurion Mall Store, the number was finally completely cancelled on the 19 December 2013, while I was en route to my holiday. I had no access to a mobile phone and I was travelling by bus to Durban. My phone gave a recurring message "sim not provisioned" I went to a Telkom Mobile Store the next day and was told that within 24 hours, the number will be reactivated. All this drama while on holiday is just on acceptable! The cherry on the top is that in December 2013 and January 2014, Telkom Mobile has deducted the amounts that I was paying for the contracted even though I have no contract with them. The bank refused to assist me because according to Nedbank, Telkom Mobile is supposed to refund me. I have once again been to CEnturion Mall and was promised that the money will be in my account within 2 days but it is more than a week now and I have not been refunded. I was very happy when I had the contract with Telkom Mobile but now, would never recommend them to anyone. They have no integrity!!!
