Telkom botched 8ta data bundle

Yesterday I went to the Telkom Direct Store in Centurion Mall (opposite the Post Office), to purchase an 8ta data bundle. I wanted to buy the 60gb 60gb promo prepaid data bundle.

I paid for the airtime and the consultant loaded the bundle and told me that all was well. I returned home and logged onto the Internet only to find that the incorrect bundle was loaded. I tried calling the store but no answer. So I drove back to the mall. I was told that the consultant that helped me had left (at 3:30pm). The person at the cashier was also not willing to help. She also mentioned that it was against company policy to answer the phone since they are not a 'customer service' branch and they are all busy (even though some staff members were sitting around doing nothing).

So eventually the manager of the store (her name was Wilme) came to speak to me. Apparently the consultant loaded the incorrect bundle on my account twice. The manager assured me that she would rectify the problem first thing the next morning and give me a call. The next morning - no correction, no phone call. I tried to phone the store but alas it is against Telkoms company policy to answer the phone - how ironic!!
