For the past 2 months my account has been debited as per the contract i signed with Vodacom, however my airtime has not been allocated on the 1st as per the contract. I have been inconvienced by this because i have to take out time to call the call centre and hold on for 20 -30 min at a time to speak to a consultant to resove the issue. i want to cancel my contract because Vodacom as a service provider is not sticking to their part of the contract and as per CPA i am well entitled to do so
