My complaint fell on deaf ears

On 30dec I complained about the second contract that I never approved. On the 1st of January I received a call from vodacom and they promised to cancel the contract immediately. This morning vodacom billed me R465.50 instead of R160 meaning they also debited for the contract that I queried.

I'm on my way to the bank to reverse the debit myself and block future debits from vodacom since they've proven to be untrustworthy. I therefore request that vodacom gives me their banking details so I can pay them directly myself because now I don't trust vodacom with my bank account.

I'm irritated, annoyed and disgusted and quite frankly I don't see myself renewing the contract as I have been doing in previous years. I've been a loyal vodacom customer for years but I think it's time for me to part ways with vodacom and explore other networks.
