I bought data on subscription today and still haven't received it, i called and they transfered me to the data department where i spoke to Ryan who told me in his system it doesn't reflect while customer service said it shows but they don't know why i haven't received it. i called again and got a lady who told me that it shows on her side and the balance shows that i have received it, she told me to check it and she will call me back, i checked and still nothing. she called back and i told her i haven't received it and all she said is that on her side it shows and that was it. i want my data or money back. now i am using airtime while i bought data.
