In july 2011 i took out insurance for my nokia E72 assisted by a lady called Gift, she gave me a form to complete and i dint complete my cell number then she insisted that i put the number then i explained to her that i have other sim cards that i would like to use and she said its not a problem but i must put one number on the form, she failed to explain that the number im putting there is the number that will be insured. Now i lost the phone and claimed was declined because i lost it with a different number, when her colleague Ash asked her she responded with attitude saying that she never said that, she never even bothered to check the documents. After signing up for the contract few months i went back to her and told her i havnt recieved policy documents, she said they will send them till today i dnt have them.today she doesnt even bother to look me in the face and has bad attitude.vodacom must give me my money if they cant help me.had i known that the sim is also insured i would not have changed sim card, worst part is that i didnt buy the sim with the phone.im very disappointed with the service and i had to call to get the feedback no one from them called me with claim results.
