NO RESPONSE HELP SORTING OUT ACCOUNT

At the end of November 2012 my dad receive an account to the amount of R4, 448.67. On the 5th of December 2012 I contact Telkom and they promise to rectify this account. When we receive the statement at the end of December 2012 the account was not rectify and I phone Telkom again on the 3rd of January 2013. I spoke to mr. Ncokozo Nzuza in the accountsdepartment. He also promise to sort out this account. Before receiving any further statements a Debt Collecting Company phoned us on the 23rd of February 2013 telling us that Telkom handed over this account to them and if the amount of R5, 071.50 not being paid within eight days it will be handed over to attorneys. I send e-mails on the 23rd of February 2013, again on the 28th of February 2013, the 1st of March 2013 and on the 4th of March 2013 to above mentioned persons as well as Zelda Gerber: Resolution Centre; Robert: Data Commercial Non Voice Gauteng 1 and to Megan Jacobs: Debt Collecting Company - [Email Removed] Accept for Robert who forward all my e-mails to Sheenage Jooman asking him to respond nobody else respond to my e-mails. Is this the way Telkom help sorting out accounts which in this case their own fault.
