NO HELP TO CUSTOMER WITH CELLPHONE INSURANCE!!!

011-3751800 (DOES THIS NUMBER EVER GET ANSWERED OR ARE CUSTOMERS JUST WASTING THEIR AIRTIME?) I LOST MY BLACKBERRY 9360 ONE WEEK AGO-THE SIM AND PHONE WAS BLOCKED AND ALL RELEVANT DOCUMENTS, AFFIDAVIT, CASE NUMBER AND CLAIM FORM THAT WAS FILLED IN THE STORE WAS HANDED IN TO CNA PORT SHEPSTONE AND WAS FAXED TO FINRITE INSURANCE, ON PHONING JET CUSTOMER CARE TODAY AFTER A WEEK TO GET FEEDBACK I WAS TOLD TO GO BACK TO THE STORE TO FILL IN A FORM AS TO HOW THE PHONE GOT LOST, I INFORMED THEM I HAD ALREADY FILLED IN A CLAIM FORM, I THEN PHONED THE STORE AND WAS TOLD THEY WILL FAX DOCUMENTS AGAIN, AND AFTER AND HOUR PHONED ME AGAIN TO PHONE A NUMBER TO EXPLAIN HOW MY PHONE GOT LOST, PHONED THE NUMBER AND WAITED FOR AN AGENT TO ANSWER THEN WAS TOLD THAT DOCUMENTS WERE FAXED TO FINRITE INSURANCE THAT DO CLAIMS FOR THE EDCON GROUP, I WAITED OVER 15 MINUTES FOR AN ANSWER THEN CUT THE CALL-ALL MY AIRTIME WAS FINISHED, CONTACTED JET CUSTOMER CARE AGAIN AND WAS TOLD IM AT THE WRONG DEPARTMENT-SPOKE TO WAYNE WHO SAID HE WILL EMAIL FINRITE TO PHONE ME, COULDNOT ASSIST ME WITH AN EMAIL ADDRESS, NOBODY PHONED ME BACK, I GOT AN EMAIL FROM THE INTERNET AND EMAILED FINRITE-NO REPLY... I MADE OVER 5 CALLS!
