It's almost a month now and i am still trying to get my phone insured, I got my phone from MTN Maponya mall, I cancelled my insurance with another insurance company and two days later went to MTN and filled in the documents for insurance and still my phone is not insured i keep calling MTN call centre and they keep refering me to the insurance department and guess what when i call the number 0831236084 my phone number doesnt not go through to this number and every time the call centre puts me through i hold till the line disconnects and get no assistance like what was the point of filling in those documents for insurance when i have to keep on following up with MTN.
