My wife was called from an agency to sell here insurance on her Samsung unit. She agreed to have 3 unite insured. The telesales person then asked her for her contact number and she gave it as 0836357633 and after a second or two the person asked what number that is and she clarified the fact that it is her contact number and asked if it is a problem and the person said NO not at all.
In about 2 months' time it was and we, glad we did take out the insurance, went to Vodacom to apply for a replacement unit and they said sorry she did not use a Vodacom card in the phone so they will not be replacing it. I had all the references numbers but I lost it. The contract in question is on the number 0795326533
