I have been complaining and complaining and complaining and after longer than a month i am still waiting for a supervisor by the name of Sipho Zwane to contact me! i only found out very recently that i have an investigator and i want to know why it is taking so long for him to find a solution to my problems? why has he NEVER contacted me and yet hes dealing with m contract? WHY has he not fixed the problem yet? why is it that the client needs to contact them for updates on serious matters? why does no one keep in touch with us and lastly WHY IS THIS MY PROBLEM? Vodacom made a mistake and now im being punished for thier incompetenece!!! I want my phone unblocked and i want a refund for all money that has been debited from my account!
