Additional contract application still pending
I have an existing contract with MTN and called in last week Tuesday to add an additional line. Got through to Kreason Govender who has been very nothing but thorough and helpful with the application. Since then I have been told of a system glitch and that they are changing systems (which i fully understand) and Kreason Govender has escalated the application but still he has received no response from management. I have been in touch with him everyday since day of application and he has been making effort and going an extra mile but still my application still appears to be pending and no outcome communicated. I find it perturbing that an additional contract application would take more than 48 hours for scoring/risk assessing. In all the years i have been in a contract with MTN is the first time i come across such - a system constraint/delay with no progress/return. I am very unhappy about this. Need feedback as soon as possible so i can make alternative means to obtain contract from other telecommunication service providers.
