This is the second post I am having to place. I last posted on Thursday in order to lodge a complaint about the fact that I had heard nothing from the applications department on my contract. I was contacted by a consultant from the escalations department on Friday (2nd August) whom I don't want to mention as I felt that she was very helpful at the time. However since last week I have heard nothing about the progress of my contract application, today is 6th August, and am currently still sitting without a phone or contract as I was previously on a different service provider network and who would like to buy additional airtime when I am expecting to be deported to Cell C?
When am I going to hear something or have my application finalized? It is advertised that if you apply online/via a call centre agent that the process is speedy and supposed to be easy for a client? Yet I have had nothing but trouble and I am truly disappointed about all of this.
It is 8 days after my application was handled by a call centre agent. How much longer should I be expected to wait?
