I applied for an additional contract with MTN, the guys at the MTN branch told me that the status on my application sais??? Which I saw with my own eyes

When I try to phone the 808 number they cant see anything on their side and they do not know how to help me, as from their side everything is fine. Apparently there is a department but one cannot speak with them??? So can someone just please tell me what the to do now??? Because now everything is suspended because no one knows where that came from or how to take it off.

Someone just please fix your mess and let me know the outcome of my application... the way I'm feeling now is stuff your application .. I'm going to another service provider because MTN's service!!!
