Application pending for over a week

Hi,

i make a telephonic application for the 299pm uncapped light internet package on 7 march 2013.

i was told that i would get notification soon as to whether my application was successful or not and that delivery would take with in 3 to 7 days.

the sales person i spoke to was Gregory Muthen.

i have sent through a query and a complaint via your website and there has been no response.

i then contacted a nice lady called Tracy Pillay who then followed up and said my application is STILL pending. She forwarded my query to Gregory Muthen, who has as of yet not responded.

i find it hard to believe that a simple application can be pending for over a week, when from past experience it merely takes a few minutes to an hour.

i please want feed back and an explanation or i will take my business elsewhere.
