I requested to be placed on Debit order, I went to the shop where I was told they cannot do it because of system limitations. i called the call centre twice to have it done, it's not done. Today after making a call for the third time, I have to make a payment first before a debit order can be loaded. What is the purpose of a debit order.
The whole debit order has messed up my account and I'm logging a complaint for the third time with nobody getting back to me.
I will be logging a formal complaint should this issue not be sorted.
