Still payment not being debited

I have to say with low payments it would seem you get bad service!
I called end of Feb to ask why my debit order did not go off.
I was informed that because the premium was higher, which i also was not informed about when i signed up for this. i asked the lady will the payment go off end of March i give consent for the debit order. i was informed i have to go to the bank and lift it. i went to my bank and was informed that its a debit order that they have put in and that it is must go off. Come end March and the debit order once again did not go off! i called again and was once again told i have to do it at my bank, i informed them i was at my bank and they said if they put in the debit order it will go off. Then i was told maybe there was no funds in my account! i informed the lady that there is funds in the account, and asked that this problem be sorted out I was informed that they will make a note on the system for the debit order to go off end of April. I truly hope that this is all sorted out now and that payment will go off end of this month! and i hope next time i will be informed if there is a increase in the premium!
