I spoke to MFC last week regarding my debit order which hasn't gone off from the 31st of May.
we discovered that they had the wrong banking details, they fixed it and then set the debit order to go off the following day, it is now the 19th and still no debit order went off. I phoned several times and even left a complaint on Hello Peter and still no feedback??? this is ridiculous, I have never in my life had to beg someone to take my money. And it looks bad on my name because it looks like I cannot pay my car, and all of this just because of MFC bad service!! Come on MFC this is now really getting annoying, it is almost time for the next debit order to go off.
