For the past 3 months my debit order has not gone off. I have had to call into the call centre to ask them to manually debit my account. This becomes an issue when you are assured that next month the debit order will go off and i still have to call in to get this sorted. I have even posted on your website and there was no response from that avenue. Please can you sort this out.
