Our business closed down at the end of October and since then I have been attempting to get the accounts closed and all bills settled. As of today (4 March 2013), I have had little success with getting this done. Telkom Direct branches do not normally deal with closing accounts but Renee could see how frustrated I had got. She has managed to get hold of someone who will be able to help to get this completed this week.
She spent time going through the accounts and understanding what had happened.
I was very happy with her help.
I have found that the Telkom Direct stores do try and help whenever they can which is more than I can say for the call centre staff who are very unhelpful (that is if you are happy to be on hold for 15 minutes or more).
