BEBIT ORDER ISSUE

Good day

I am a very Angry client of yours, if i remember well i opened my Credit With EE around April. Howver I recieved a an sms that my first Debit Order will go off on the 1ST oF JUNE. I was amazed to see the Debit Order to go off on the 25TH oF mAY 2013. I am very unhappy and i called the call centre again i complaint i think i spoke to Palesa Mathata something like. And then again they Debited my Account again June the 25 WHO THE SAID I GET PAID ON THE 25TH? Why from the first place did you have to send a communication sms that iu will pay my first debit Order on the 1st whereas you people run to Debit my Account. As i called last week they said they have changed my DO Date to the 1st, and guess what they have debited and now again i recieved the sms that they are going to Debit Again the money??? what is wrong with you guys? Please sort of this MESS OR COME AND GET YOUR GOODS
I am not blaming the EE that i opened an Account from but who said you must take the debit order as you said you will debit every 1st of the month.

You dare debit my Account again and the Debit Order bounce i will take this straight to the ombuds and you will pay ADMIN CHARGDES.
