I need my debit order to be cancelled

I've lodged a complaint before with them and i dealty with Darren Hart. i thought everything was sorted out and on the 20th of august again the deduct and incorrect amount and i had to phene them and i was assured that everything is sorted and yet again today the debit order went through on the wrong day and the incorrect amount was deducted. I am so tired of this because I have been calling to rectify and I'm being told that it's sorted and yet it keeps on happening. i called the call centre today and spoke to Ash who was very unhelpful who told me that me going to the ombudsman and all those places it's not going to help him and he kept on putting me on hold. I am so tired of this I want them to cancel the debit order because obviously they are not interested and Ash also told me that the adendum that I signed and sent to darren and even received corfimation of such it's not in their system. I am not going to pay them and they must hand my account over and i will go defend in court. i do not have time for this nonsense. they treat people like and their call centre agents don't even know what they are doing. i stopped sending the complaint to the ncr because darren was nice.
