On the 1st of November a debit order of about R400 to JD was returned due to insufficient funds on my account, on the 15th i called JD call center to rectify the matter, I then agrred with the agent that they can make a double debit order on the 2nd of December amounting to about R856 in total. to my suprise late that night the debit order went off, the next day 16th i called the call center again and told them about the error they made and requested that the debit order for the 2nd of December be cancelled since they have made the error of deducting before time furthermore i requested that in the December a final debit order of about R406 be the one they take. To my suprise a 1st debit order of R256 went off in December on my account from JD, then the next day another debit order of about R856 went off, then again there was a reversal of the R256 debit order, I called JD contact centre but no one could resolve my issue and mind you They wont even take responsibility of the other bedit orders to other companies that were returned due to them taking more then they were suppose to, i now sit with bank charges of 4 unpaid debit orders due to JD's unprofetionalism.
