CONTINUOS REPAIR FAULT

I SENT IN MY CELLPHONE BLACKBERRY 9300 SOMETIME IN JANUARY 2013, TO WHICH I RECEIVED A 'REFURBISHED MODULE" IN RETURN. ON RECEIPT OF THIS PHONE I ASKED IF THIS PHONE IS NEW AS THEY EXPLAINED TELEPHONICALLY THE LADY SAID YES IT IS. UPON USING THIS CELLPHONE I DISCOVERED THAT IT WAS A " REFURBISHED MODULE" TO WHICH I QUESTIONED AND THEY ADVISED THAT ITS PART OF BLACKBERRY'S POLICY TO ISSUE REFURBISHED MODULES.

I WAS UPSET ABOUT THIS AND TOOK THIS PHONE BACK AS I COULD NOT MAKE OR RECEIVE CALLS, ALSO NO SMS'S ONLY THE BBM WAS IN WORKING MOTION. THIS WAS DONE ON THE 10 OF FEBRUARY, BASICALLY A WEEK AFTER I RECEIVED THE PHONE BACK FROM REPAIRS. TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PHONE FROM THE STORE. IVE FOLLOWED UP WITH MTN TECHNICAL CENTRE WEEK BY WEEK ONLY TO DISCOVER THAT THEY ARE NOW REQUIRING A PROOF OF PURCHASE OR THEY WILL NOT RELEASE THE PHONE. I ASKED WHY I SHOULD FURNISH THEM WITH PROOF WHEN ITS NOT EVEN MY PHONE AND ALREADY GIVEN PAPERWORK FOR REPAIRS WHEN I BOOKED IN THE PHONE INITIALLY. APPARENTLY THE STORE DID NOT MAKE COPIES OF MY PROOF OF PURCHASE. I TOLD THEM THAT THIS WAS NOT MY NEGLEGIENCE AS I NEED MY FONE. TO DATE NO ONE HAS COMUNICATED WITH ME. PLEASE ASIST URG
